Robert began his career in insurance in 2011. With now over a decade of experience as an insurance agent, he now has a successful agency in Farmville, Virginia.

Robert is an expert at risk management and crafting policies that address the true needs for his clients.

"I believe in offering the best protection and risk management to clients," he explains. "My philosophy is to educate them so they fully understand coverage options and can make the most informed decisions."

Robert is licensed in many states and has broad underwriting experience in all areas of insurance. He has specialized in long haul trucking insurance, business insurance, worker's compensation as well as home, auto and life insurance.

He has also worked with professional athletes and many famous musicians in order to provide them with the best coverage.

Robert holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Mount Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Hampden-Sydney College. In the past five years, he has served as an Albemarle County Reserve Deputy Sheriff, a Virginia State Probation Officer and a Reentry Case Manager at Offender Aid & Restoration. Robert works closely with those that have been incarcerated in helping get an ID and finding a job.

Amanda, the ROC of the agency, has over ten years of customer service experience. She is knowledgeable about health insurance and excels in communicating with clients. Amanda is a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business.

Mauricio speaks Spanish and is part of developing the agency more success. He is also heading marketing along side of Robert.
